Shoemoney Dressing For Charity
Just a quick post here, this shows the power of social media and what value can be gained by getting your message out there. Jeremy Schoemaker from Shoemoney.com is running a charity auction on Ebay right now, He will wear a t-shirt from the winning bidder while he is at Affiliate Summit East 2009 which is a 3 day event, the winning bidder will supply him with 3 shirts and he will wear them any time he is at the show or events from the 9th to the 11th of August. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Lincoln City Mission homeless shelter on behalf of Affiliate Marketers Give Back.
Jeremy generates a very large following, so this would be a good advertising opportunity for the winner, but wouldn’t it be even better if the winner supplied him with shirts that said something like “I’m a weiner” or maybe “Sorry girls, i like boys” Now that would be worth paying for lol. He has made references stating he will discuss all options with the winner and that others have asked him to wear stuff like that in the past.
You can find the auction and more info here

Any time, I’m always up for supporting a good cause. $11,100 is a nice catch for that, congrats.
